Námo allowed Ecthelion to be reborn and the Captain of the Fountain has finally returned to Arda. After being raised in the Golden Wood, Mithrandir appoints Erestor to be Ecthelion's guardian/teacher. Erestor reluctantly accepts and finds his heart captured by a dark-haired, gray-eyed youngster.

Author's note; I have no idea where this came from, but I like Ecthelion. What is it about two dark-haired Elves together? I recall getting into Elrond/Erestor because of that image as well!
